►With regards to Ghana, the laws of Ghana require that before Ghanaians and non-Ghanaians operate companies they should have such companies registered under the companies’ code 1963 (Act 179). BND&A therefore assist Ghanaians and non-Ghanaians to operate companies and other businesses in Ghana. We assist in registering companies. We also assist in the procuring of the necessary certificates and other documents required by the laws of Ghana to operate a company or business in Ghana.

BND&A’s surety on a successful completion of a project, in other words Project Management, is attributed to a combination of techniques, skills, procedures, people and systems focused on the successful completion of the project. This department supports the planning, implementation, tracking and the control of project. BND&A moreover, evaluate the priorities of the various stakeholders involved in the project and manages the inevitable conflict that can arise from such situations. Formal methods and documentations are what we use in such processes, what we aim for is clarity and not just length.
Investment Promotion
►BND&A provides investment information including industrial know-how and governmental support or backing systems usually known as incentives and benefits to prospective clients.
►Besides, BND&A assist clients to comply with Ghana Investment Promotion Center’s (GIPC) rules, in cases whereby foreign workforce or employees are involved in the client’s operations. The GIPC, which is the body set up by the Government of Ghana, regulate the activities of non-Ghanaian investors to follow and capital requirement that non-Ghanaians should comply with. It is however, illegal and an act punishable by the laws of Ghana for non-Ghanaians to flout the requirements stipulated in the GIPC codes.
